Refund Policy

The short version

Purchases of Fantasy Wingman™ are final and non-refundable, with two exceptions. First, where the law that applies to you requires a refund — including a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content that some places (for example, the European Union and the United Kingdom) grant for a period after purchase. We have not asked you to agree to immediate performance and to give up that right during checkout, so it is not waived by anything on this page, and it works alongside everything else here rather than instead of it. Second, Stripe: where a purchase is processed under Stripe’s Managed Payments programme, Stripe, not this business, is the seller of record for billing and support purposes (you may see such a purchase referred to as sold through Link). Stripe publishes that it can issue refunds within 60 days of purchase in certain cases, and that it applies regional cooling-off periods where required. Those are Stripe’s own practices as seller of record, decided by Stripe under its own policy, and not a separate refund window that this business promises on top of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not backdated, and it does not by itself refund the current period. Season Pass has nothing to cancel — it never renews.

How each plan bills

What each plan costs, and what it includes, is shown on the pricing page before you are charged. How each one bills:

• Wingman+ Power — Charged in full when you complete checkout. Renews automatically every year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access through the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that.
• Wingman+ Season Pass — Charged in full when you complete checkout. One payment. It never renews. There is nothing to cancel.
• Wingman+ Individual — Charged in full when you complete checkout. Renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access through the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that.
• Commissioner — Charged in full when you complete checkout. Renews automatically every year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access through the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that.

When a refund ends your access

If a purchase is refunded in full, or a payment dispute over it is decided against the charge, the paid access that purchase gave you ends. A partial refund on its own does not end your access.

Purchases you already made

None of the above takes anything away from a purchase you already made. These refund terms apply to purchases completed after they were published. If you purchased earlier, the refund terms that were published when you purchased still apply to that purchase, alongside anything stated above rather than instead of it. App store purchases

If you ever buy through an app store rather than through this website, that purchase is handled by the app store and its refund policy applies, not this one.

Asking about a purchase

Email support@aiintegratedsols.com and tell us which plan and which email address you used. If Stripe issued the purchase as seller of record, we may point you to Stripe’s own support for it.
